Executive Profile

Builder. Executive.
Entrepreneur. Strategist.

20 years leading capital projects from feasibility through delivery across commercial, energy, federal, and infrastructure sectors. I operate at the intersection of capital strategy, development, and construction execution — aligning underwriting assumptions, project scope, and delivery to protect investment outcomes.

Current Focus Areas

As Director at Lawrence Construction, I took a pile-driving-only operation doing $200K in revenue and built it into a nearly $20M division by expanding scope into CIP structural concrete, drilled shafts, temporary shoring, tieback installation, and multi-crew pile operations — while also expanding geographically into Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Iowa, and pursuing large-scale solar project work. All at 20–30% margins with a team that grew from 5 to 40+ staff. By year four we were bidding over $1.5B in work annually.

Through Beeman Construction Inc. / Beeman Consulting, I've served PE-backed developers, family offices, and federal agencies on programs from $10M to $500M+. Currently consulting on data center pre-development — supporting feasibility, financial modeling, and capital structuring for projects from $50M to $3.5B in pipeline value.

Completing an MPS in Real Estate Finance & Development at Georgetown University, layering graduate-level capital markets expertise on top of two decades of field operations. This combination — deep execution knowledge merged with financial sophistication — enables me to translate between engineers, operators, developers, and capital providers.

Operating Philosophy

How I Work

01

Underwriting Drives Execution

Every project starts with the investment thesis. If the numbers don't work, nothing else matters. I align scope, cost, and schedule to the underwriting from day one.

02

Entrepreneurial Growth, Precision Execution

Innovation and optimal execution drive sustainable growth. I don't just manage scope — I create it, expanding capabilities and markets with discipline.

03

Control Risk, Protect Returns

From Monte Carlo simulations to field-level cost controls, risk management isn't a department — it's an operating system.

04

Capital Awareness at Every Level

Construction executives who understand capital structure make better decisions. I translate between engineering, operations, and finance seamlessly.

05

Innovation With Discipline

3D printing, mass timber, AI analytics — technology matters when it serves the project, not the press release.
